Our educational approach offers the biggest benefit. Instead of the typical read-lecture-assess, we provide a more participatory approach that uses the completion of the competency as the assessment. While not a revolutionary educational process, the company is one of the few that are courageous enough to focus on competency as opposed to continuing the unproven, typical, and more traditional methods of instruction.

As educators for several years, we learned that learning is a hands on sport. That's why we create our Hustle Factory, our unique educational experience. Each workshop includes a workbook that is catered to the student with notes and information from the experience.

Our educational method maximizes rentention by focusing on a combination of high retention instructional methods. There is nothing like our In-Class Experience taking our classes or workshops.

In-Class Experience (ICE) describes the instructional method used as an educational philosophy that focuses on student retention using participatory and competency-based methods.

Educational Philosophy

The company takes an uncommon approach to education. The company believes that to be a top producer at whatever you are, you have to love it. By matching intrinsic motivation with a developed skill and business acumen, the person naturally excels in their given discipline applying principles acquired. It is our goal to help the student discover their natural talent and develop it in a way that the student can generate wealth to sustain a suitable living for the student and their family.

Our business-first mentality requires every student to go through an extensive business training program to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Once the students complete the program, they can branch into any or all of the programs the company will offer. From there the student can choose their pathway to wealth starting their own company or working with a company for the given trade with our partners that provide a vast array of options for the student.

In retrospect, we have been doing this the whole time in some form or fashion. Our past has led us to stratgically combining the needs of society with the real-world understanding of industry. The programs we offer will fill the specific needs of industry, not next year but NOW!

1998

Founded JARDS Computer Services to help break the "Digital Divide" by educating the community how to use computers and maximize the power of technology.

2012

Retired the JARDS Enterprises brand to focus on new endeavours.

2014

Launched a company, zipit, with the goal to create a program to assist students with job placement.

2017

The company founders developed a strategy to address the dire need of educating our youth and preparing them for the new economy.

2019

Reloated to a new location to build the concept, beautiful Tampa,

2022

Conceived fictitious name and deliver virtual workshop - How to build a Computer 1 - Virtually to a nonprofit in San Antonio, Texas.

2023

Commenced an encore, the company delivers an updated version of virtual workshop - How to build a Computer 2 - Virtually to a nonprofit in San Antonio, Texas.

2024

Formally initiated the company, Skill Builders Institute, Inc. to build the next generation of workers. With the advent of AI, there will be major changes in our economy, our company will give the student the skills to empower them for the next generation.

2025

Established the board of directors, obtained a location, ready to execute to educate the world.
